Island Dog Hawaii guarantees all our products against all component and defects. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase… just email us, no worries. We’ll handle your replacement or credit you. Island Dog Hawaii only wants to have happy customers.
E-commerce Transactions
All Island Dog Hawaii transactions take place through the PayPal cart systems (an E-Bay owned company).
PayPal purchasing system allows you to use the following Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or CC Bank.
Shipping-How, When, How Much?
We make every effort to ship your order within 2-4 business days (wow, that’s fast!). Occasionally, items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. Island Dog Hawaii™ will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 7 days. Island Dog Hawaii utilizes services provided by our good buddies at UPS and US Postal Service (Priority Mail).
We ship all products from our headquarters on beautiful Maui, Hawaii. Shipping on every order is always only $5 for your total purchase.
